Click the link on the left side of this page and print the application that applies to your situation. Please read the entire application. Determine what services you are needing. We offer electric and gas services to areas spread out over 4 counties. We also provide water and sewer services to the City of New Albany and a few areas just outside the city limits.
ELECTRIC-Residential Service to a Home
If you would like to inquire about turning on service to a new residence please call 662-534-1041. When choosing a meter box for your home please go to the Electric page. Full instructions for this will be added here at a later date.
WATER-Residential Services
If you need to have the water turned on at your residence or if you are just trying to find out if NALGW serves your address please contact our office at 662-534-1041. We hope to provide more information here in the future.
GAS-Residential Service
